CCR Dairy & Creamery

The Dairy is a huge aspect of CCR. Each day, our cattle are cared for and milked, rain or shine. This program provides a valuable resource for students and locals to learn about clean, efficient dairy production and cattle care. Through this, many biblical virtues are taught, such as stewardship, consistency, and an appreciation for this aspect of God's creation. Here at CCR, we regularly produce milk, cheese, and ice cream. This has allowed the opportunity for additional ministry funding through local sales. As with any dairy, there are many moving parts that need continual maintenance.
