CCR Butcher Shop

Butchery is a skill often taken for granted and reserved for a relatively small number of individuals and corporations in the U.S., but in the local community here in San Manuel, Honduras, this skill is vitally necessary. When our ministry first began here,  we saw the need to teach people modern butchery practices. This led to an idea for teaching students and locals how to cut meat safely through our butchery program. Through this program, students and locals are instructed on how to facilitate safe and efficient butchery practices. This allows opportunity for the Gospel to be preached, using the process of butchery to shed light on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
